End-to-End Automation Services
Supply of Industrial Electrical, Electronic & Instrument Spares
When a critical drive or sensor fails, downtime is measured in lost production hours, not paperwork. We maintain direct sourcing relationships with major manufacturers to get the right part, at the right specification, on a lead time that matches the urgency, whether it's a single contactor for an emergency breakdown or a full bill of materials for a new panel build.
PLC & VFD Programming / Troubleshooting
We write, modify, and debug ladder logic and VFD parameter sets across Siemens, Delta, Omron, and Inovance platforms. Most call-outs are troubleshooting: tracing a fault back through the program logic, correcting a drive parameter that has drifted out of spec, or recovering a machine after a controller swap, usually without touching the mechanical side at all.
Electrical Panel Design & Installation
Every panel starts with a single-line diagram and a load schedule before a single wire gets cut. We design the layout for serviceability as much as function, so the next technician who opens the door can trace a circuit without hunting, then wire, test, and commission the panel on site or in our workshop.
Power Factor Improvement Solutions (APFC Panels)
A poor power factor shows up as a penalty on the electricity bill long before it shows up as a fault. We measure the actual reactive load, size an APFC panel to correct it, and install automatic capacitor banks that respond to load changes in real time, so the correction holds even as machinery cycles on and off through a shift.
Machine Designing & Automation
Not every automation problem needs a full SCADA rollout. We scope the actual bottleneck, whether it's a manual station slowing a line or a process that needs tighter repeatability, then design the control architecture, select the hardware, and build the panel and program around that specific job.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
An AMC isn't a once-a-year inspection. We schedule preventive checks on switchgear, panels, and control systems on a cycle that matches how hard the equipment runs, and stay on call for breakdowns in between, so small issues get caught before they turn into a production stoppage.
Energy Saving & Cost Reduction Solutions
Most energy waste in a plant isn't dramatic. It's a handful of oversized motors, an uncorrected power factor, and equipment left running outside shift hours. We audit the actual consumption pattern first, then recommend fixes that pay for themselves on the electricity bill, not a blanket equipment replacement.
Thermography Analysis
A loose connection or an overloaded circuit runs hot before it fails. We scan panels, busbars, and terminations with a thermal camera during normal operation, flag hotspots against actual load, and hand over a report that tells you exactly which connection to retorque before it becomes an outage.
How a Project Runs

- 01
Site Assessment
We start on site, not on paper. Before anything is designed we look at the existing installation, measure loads, and talk to the people who run the equipment day to day.
- 02
Design & Engineering
Single-line diagrams, load schedules, and a bill of materials get signed off before fabrication starts, so there are no surprises once the panel is on the wall.
- 03
Build & Installation
Panels are wired and tested on our bench wherever possible, then installed and commissioned on site by the same team that built them.
- 04
Testing & Handover
Every circuit is tested under load before handover, with as-built drawings and a walkthrough for your team, not just a signed invoice.
- 05
Ongoing Support
Most clients move onto an AMC after the first project, so the same engineers who installed the system are the ones who show up when it needs servicing.
